Beautifuly designed hotel with helpful staff from Maids to Maintainance too Reception & Bar Staff. Incredible location in retreat area, just next door to the outdoor bars, the lake area and a massive lake and plenty of greenery.

1st class place with very amiable staff, everything was amazing. The food was good - lots of options. The admirable service and the attention to detail! We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, however it was lovely. The location was stunning and nice in the calm area. The beach was near the hotel, and there was a deep pool, too.

The restaurant was good with very rich buffet, we ordered quality dishes.

Large and rich breakfasts, can't be beat.

Have stayed here before and I can't wait to go back. The hotel has a nice location, in the nature reserve. The dinner in the beach restaurant is what you need.

The restaurant was spacious for dinner here, I had appetising dishes. I was surprised by the panoramic lagoon view. The location in a peaceful area was decent and exceptionally nice.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Playa de Muro. Got the same guest room with a nice view of the natural park booked online, really enjoyed that. It had a beach restaurant for dinner.

I had a very good experience here, everything was superb, the location was comfortable so close to an amazing beach, a lake near to shops, restaurants, and restaurant. The place had a lovely atmosphere. Truly enjoyed the twin room overlooking the lagoon.

The venue is fairly clean and great-sized, views are amazing, the location is stunning and fantastic not far from the outdoor bars, and hair braiding. The units are stylish, huge. At the main bar they serve incredible food and drinks. Thanks for the stay - would definitely go back.

We stayed at Eix Lagotel Holiday Resort for a week and it was perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. The breakfast had a great variety of food options and the pools were a good size. We never had trouble finding a sun lounger, even when getting later to the pool area. The hotel's all-inclusive offer exceeded our expectations with all services available. The location was excellent, close to the beach but still quiet. Parking was also available without extra charge.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Nothing absolutely perfect place for holidays

Modern and spotless room. Comfy bed, affable and decent personnel from Maids to Maintainance too Reception & Bar Stuff.

Greatly enjoyed my very good stay for our holidays. The twin room was updated and had luggage storage and a nice balcony. The breakfast was fresh with various options to eat and vegans @ beirutvegan, as for instance, and the snack bar was a plus. The location was decent and exceptionally nice as for me, just off Alcudia/Pollenca, and the restaurant or snack bars. I was surprised at nearby Smith's Cafe-Bar-Restaurant, they had some goodies, drinks.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms were well-kept and the maid service was efficient. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a courtesy bus that took us to the beach. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices that catered to everyone's taste.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the entertainment. The nightly bingo games were extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

All the staff of the hotel was very friendly, from the reception to the waiters outside, the people of the restaurant, Magui who arranged our room, 10 points for all!!!!!. The day of departure we had the flight very late and everything was easy. Thanks, we were a pretty big group with little kids and everything was great.

We truly enjoyed exceptionally nice location.

It took only 15 minutes to walk to Las Gaviotas bus stop. We were offered a good-sized room with the adult and panoramic views plus hairdryer.
